House Beers

Burdick Pale Ale: Slightly malty, slightly hoppy.  This is a great beer for all occasions.  5.1% alcohol and 25IBU's.

Burdick IPA: Classic Northwest IPA.  We use a ton of Belma hops to give it an earthy and Strawberry  hop flavor.  This one goes fast.  Get it when you can! 6.7% alcohol and 67IBU's.

Rat City Roller Girl IPA: We partnered with the Rat City Roller Girls and we created an easy drinking and Tropical IPA.  We use Mosaic, Citra and Columbus hops.  For every keg and bottle sold, we give a portion of the revenue to the Rat City Roller Girl's youth programs.

The Rotation

Session IPA: Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt.  This one is light, crisp, dry and with enough hops to  justify the use of "IPA."  4% alcohol and 48IBU's.  Cluster and Cascade Hops.

Burdick Stout: Dark and Mild.  Approachable with personality.  We love this beer.  We will brew a few batches in fall and Winter months.  5.5% alcohol and 22 IBU's.

American Amber: This one is malty, sweet, and patriotic. If you're gonna drink an amber, drink an amber from this continent!  5.7%  alcohol and 32IBU's.

Dry Hopped Farmhouse: A Saison style beer lightly dry hopped with Amarillo Hops.  5.7% alcohol.

Aged Beers

Whiskey Red: Aged in used whiskey barrels for 2 months.  8.5% alcohol and 32IBU's.

Whiskey Stout: Aged in used whiskey barrels for 2 months.  It's the sister beer to Whiskey Red; damn good too.  8.6% alcohol and 25 IBU's.
